Maintaining Vendor Menus
Access Menu Overview
- After opening the app and signing-in**,** navigate to the profile overview screen (fig. A).
- Tap the ****“Edit Menu” button to proceed to the menu overview screen.
- Each entrée summary card will display the following information:
- Entrée Name
- Edit Icon
- Delete Icon
- Your menu items will display in an alphabetical order A-Z (fig. B).
- Note: The header section displays the number of total menu items listed on your vendor menu screen.

Creating a Menu Item
- After tapping the “Create New Entrée” button from the menu overview screen, you will be redirect to the create new entrée screen (fig. C).

Header section title is a typo “Edit Menu Item” and will be fixed to “Create New Entrée”

- The current layout includes 4 field inputs.
- Input Field 1: Entrée Name – Give your delicious entrée a name (fig. D).
- Input Field 2: Entrée Price – Give your entrée a price (fig. D).
- Be sure to include the “$” symbol when setting a price and use proper currency notation. i.e. $9.00
- Input Field 3: Entrée Description – Briefly describe your entrée. It is highly encouraged to keep it simple and not make the descriptions extremely long (fig. D).
- Input Field 4: Entrée Options – Add optional add-on or subs for your entrée (fig. D).
- Note: It is recommended that you list your options in a continuous sentence and separate each option with commas. i.e. “Snickers, Fudge, Oreos, …”

Confirming New Entrée
- After confirming the required information to all the field on the create new entrée screen, you can proceed to tap the “Create Entrée” button (fig. D).
- If successful, you will be redirected back to the menu overview screen and a confirmation message will display (fig. E).
- Your newly created entrée will render on the menu overview screen alongside all other existing menu entrées. As mentioned previously, entrées will display in an alphabetical order A-Z (fig. B).
- The header section will update the number of entrées for your profile accordingly.

Editing a Menu Item
- On the menu overview screen you have the option to edit the entrée by tapping the “Edit” icon - location on the lower/left of the entrée summary card (fig. B).
- After tapping the “Edit” icon from the menu overview screen, you will be redirect to the selected menu item’s edit menu item screen (fig. F).
- Each field will have the information of the selected entrée pre-rendered. Tap within the input field to activate the text cursor and make the desired edits.
- Once you are satisfied with your entrée edits, tap the “Update Entrée” button (fig. F).
- If successful, you will be redirected back to the menu overview screen and a confirmation message will display (fig. G).
- Note: All changes should be updated instantly on your vendor menu screen (refreshing may be required).


Deleting a Menu Item
- On the menu overview screen you have the option to delete the entrée by tapping the “Delete” icon - location on the lower/left of the entrée summary card (fig. B).
- A delete confirmation modal will render on the middle of the screen, asking you to either “Cancel” or “Delete”.
- If delete is selected, the entrée and its information are gone forever. So please be sure to review the information on the modal pop-up (fig. H).
- Review the title to ensure its the correct entrée you wish to delete.
- Entrée will automatically disappear from the menu overview screen and on the app.
- Note: Please allow 2 seconds for menu overview screen to update accordingly.
