Signing Up
- After opening the mobile Munch app. You will see 3 option on the welcome screen (fig. A).
- Continue as Guest
- Join Now
- Login
- Tap the ”Login” button to proceed.
- Your login credentials will be given to you directly by .Enterface via text or email from our official email: [email protected]

Signing In & Out
To Sign In:
- Open the app and tap ”Login” text on welcome screen (fig. A).
- Enter your registered email and password (fig. C).
- Tap ”Sign In” ****button to login and access your profile.
- After successful login, you will stay logged in even if you close or refresh the app. You will need to manually sign out if desired.
To Sign Out:
- Navigate to your Profile overview screen (fig. D).
- Tap ”Sign Out” button to log out of your profile.

Resetting Your Password
If you forget your password or need to reset:
- On the sign in screen, tap ”Reset” text.
- Enter your registered email and tap the “Send” button for reset request (fig. E).
- Check your email inbox for an official 6-digit code from Enterface, LLC (fig. F).
- Copy code and return to the app’s verify our code screen.
- Paste 6-digit code and tap “Verify” button.
- on the update password screen enter your registered email and new password. Tap “Update” button (fig. H). If successful, you will be redirected to the home screen.
