Signing Up

1. After opening the mobile Munch app. You will see 3 option on the welcome screen (fig. A).
   • Continue as Guest
   • Join Now
   • Login
2. Tap the ”Login” button to proceed.
3. Your login credentials will be given to you directly by .Enterface via text or email from our official email: [email protected]

Signing In & Out

To Sign In:

1. Open the app and tap ”Login” text on welcome screen (fig. A).
2. Enter your registered email and password (fig. C).
3. Tap ”Sign In” ****button to login and access your profile.
4. After successful login, you will stay logged in even if you close or refresh the app. You will need to manually sign out if desired.

To Sign Out:

1. Navigate to your Profile overview screen (fig. D).
2. Tap ”Sign Out” button to log out of your profile.

Resetting Your Password

If you forget your password or need to reset:

1. On the sign in screen, tap ”Reset” text.
2. Enter your registered email and tap the “Send” button for reset request (fig. E).
3. Check your email inbox for an official 6-digit code from Enterface, LLC (fig. F).
4. Copy code and return to the app’s verify our code screen.
5. Paste 6-digit code and tap “Verify” button.
6. on the update password screen enter your registered email and new password. Tap “Update” button (fig. H). If successful, you will be redirected to the home screen.
